You're paying for two gyms and using neither. Stop commuting to Equinox — train in the private gym your monthly fees already fund.
You live on the Upper East Side because you've achieved a level of success that affords you Manhattan's most prestigious residential neighborhood — Museum Mile, Central Park, tree-lined streets, prewar classics and modern luxury buildings that define sophisticated urban living.
Your building probably has a private gym — maybe a beautiful one, with equipment that rivals commercial facilities — and it's likely sitting empty right now while you consider another trip to Equinox. You're paying $3,000 to $15,000 a month in rent or maintenance fees. That gym is part of your investment. Why are you also paying $250 a month for Equinox?
We train clients throughout the entire Upper East Side, from 59th to 96th Street. Wherever you live, we're already training in your neighborhood. Likely in your building.
We Train Near
Lenox Hill (60th–77th St) — near Lenox Hill Hospital, Hunter College, and The Frick Collection
Carnegie Hill (86th–98th St) — near the Guggenheim, Cooper Hewitt, and The Jewish Museum
Yorkville (79th–96th St) — near Carl Schurz Park, Gracie Mansion, and Asphalt Green
10021 (East 60s–70s) — Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, and Lexington Avenue buildings
10028 (79th–96th St) — Museum Mile and residential neighborhoods north of 79th
10075 (East 72nd–76th) — York Avenue corridor to the East River
Paying for fitness twice — building fees that already fund a private gym, plus a $250/month Equinox membership you use a few times a month.
104 hours a year lost to commuting to E 63rd, E 74th, or E 92nd Street — all three locations crowded from 6am to 8pm daily.
Unpredictable finance, medical, and legal schedules that don't fit Equinox's fixed class times.
No privacy — running into clients, colleagues, and competitors when you just want to focus on training.
You don't need another gym membership. You need to use the one you're already paying for.
Every engagement is private, precise, and built around results — not volume.

"I stopped wasting two hours per week commuting to Equinox and started getting results I haven't seen since college. Training in my building gym was the unlock. No excuses. No commute. Just results."
Yes. We train clients from 59th to 96th Street, from Fifth Avenue to the FDR. Lenox Hill, Carnegie Hill, Yorkville, and all UES zip codes (10021, 10028, 10075). If you're on the UES, we train in your area.
We've created transformations in tiny UES building gyms with just dumbbells and a bench. Size doesn't limit results. We bring portable equipment like resistance bands and TRX if needed. What matters is consistency and programming, not gym size.
Yes. Most of our UES clients live in doorman buildings. You simply add us to your permanent approved visitor list, same as any service provider. Building management approves personal trainers routinely.
Absolutely. Many UES professionals train 5:30-6:15am before heading downtown to offices. You're showered and dressed by 7am, already ahead of everyone else.
Yes. We train early morning (5:30am), late evening (9pm), and everything in between. We build schedules around your availability, not fixed class times.
Equinox membership runs about $250/month. Personal training at Equinox is $150-350/session. For 12 sessions/month you'd pay $2,050-4,450 total. We're $3,200/month all-inclusive with private in-building training.
Yes. Semi-private training is $1,600/month per person, vs. $3,200 for private. You both get 12 sessions/month, same programming, split the cost. Very popular with UES couples.
We don't offer pause/freeze, but we do offer rescheduling with 24-hour notice. Many traveling executives train intensively when in NYC (4x/week) and maintain remotely when traveling.
We sign NDAs if required. Many high-profile UES clients value privacy. Your training is confidential. We never discuss clients or breach confidentiality.
Most of our UES clients are 45-65 years old. Training is adapted to your fitness level and any limitations. We've transformed executives in their 60s and 70s. Age is not a barrier.
