This policy explains what information Penthouse Athletic Club ("PAC," "we" or "us") collects through penthouseathletic.club, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit the assessment request form or the application form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, building address, the program you are interested in, your goals and timeline, how you heard about us, and any message or details you add.
Please do not enter payment card numbers or detailed medical information in these forms. If something like that is relevant, we will talk about it with you directly.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your assessment.
- To provide, manage and follow up on training and related services, including scheduling and service communications by email and phone.
- To keep reasonable business records, protect this website from spam and misuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
If you buy a program through our website, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly, and PAC does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe tells us limited information, such as your name, email address, the amount and whether the payment went through. Stripe's handling of your information is described in its own privacy policy.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website and handle inquiries, and they handle your information only to provide those services to us:
- A database provider (Supabase) to store the inquiries you submit.
- An email provider (Google) to deliver inquiry notifications to us.
- A hosting provider to serve this website.
- Stripe, for payments, as described above.
Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those fonts directly from Google, which may receive your IP address and basic browser information.
Analytics, cookies and technical information
We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and the website does not set its own cookies. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit, for security and troubleshooting. Third-party services, such as Stripe at checkout, may set their own cookies under their own policies. If we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, and meet ordinary business, tax and legal record-keeping needs. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we have a legitimate legal or business reason to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-restricted systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@penthouseathletic.club. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
