The PAC Bootcamp is what happens when a trainer who has built legendary group sessions — the kind where nobody wants to leave even after 2.5 hours — takes a maximum of 10 people into Central Park on Sunday morning and refuses to be ordinary.

We start inside. We warm up properly. Then we go outside — runs, intervals, bodyweight strength, hill work, everything Central Park offers — and we don't stop until you've done something you didn't think you could do.

Six weeks of this changes people. We've seen it before. We'll see it again.

Baseline

Metabolic testing and mechanical assessment. We establish the foundation of your movement.

Strength density and power development. Strengthening the core pillars of the athletic frame.

Maximal aerobic capacity and mental stress response. Breaking through the plateau.

High-intensity conditioning and final metric validation. The realization of six weeks of work.
