PAC is for people who have tried everything else and found it insufficient. Our clients are typically high-performing professionals, athletes transitioning from competitive sport, and individuals with structural complexity that general training environments cannot address. Membership is selective — not out of exclusivity for its own sake, but because our model only works when we can give each client our full attention.

Your private assessment is a ninety-minute skeletal and metabolic survey conducted one-on-one with a senior practitioner. We evaluate posture, movement patterns, body composition, and metabolic markers. The output is a written protocol — a blueprint for what your training and nutrition will look like across the first twelve weeks. There is no obligation to join following your assessment.

Every session is private, meaning you will never share your time with another client. Sessions run sixty or ninety minutes and are structured from your most recent biometric data. The protocol evolves every four weeks based on objective measurements — not how you felt yesterday.

We operate seven private studios across Manhattan, concentrated on the Upper East Side with additional locations in Midtown East, Tribeca, and the West Village. Studio assignment is based on your primary residence and schedule — not on availability. A member of our team will confirm your location during onboarding.

Nutrition programming is included in our Integrated Performance and Executive Protocol memberships. For clients on the Foundation membership, nutrition consultation is available as a standalone add-on. All nutritional guidance is evidence-based and does not involve proprietary supplements, branded food products, or calorie-restriction protocols that conflict with performance output.

We offer three structured programs — Foundation, Integrated Performance, and the Executive Protocol — each designed for a different level of involvement and outcome target. All programs are monthly, with a minimum initial commitment of three months to allow the protocol sufficient time to produce measurable results. A personal trainer delivers a workout. We deliver a protocol. The distinction is that everything at PAC — movement, recovery, nutrition, sleep, stress — is integrated into a single evidence-based plan that is continuously refined using your own data. We are also not a gym. There is no membership fee for a facility you may or may not use. You pay for practitioner time and ongoing programme management, nothing else.

Yes. Structural complexity is precisely where our model is most effective. We work regularly with clients who have been discharged from physiotherapy but have not returned to full function, as well as those managing chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and degenerative conditions. Your assessment will flag any contraindications, and our practitioners are trained to programme around — and often through — structural limitations.
