Penthouse Athletic Club
East of Lexington. York Avenue corridor. Steps from the East River. Quieter than the rest of the UES, but with every amenity within walking distance.
You live here because you value residential calm over commercial chaos. You can actually hear yourself think. Your building probably has river views, modern construction, and a private gym that's better equipped than most commercial facilities.
Yet you're still walking 8-12 blocks west to the Equinox on 74th & York. Or taking the crosstown bus to other locations.
Your building gym has everything you need. And it's empty right now while you're reading this.
There's a smarter way.
You chose 10075 because you wanted residential peace. No Madison Avenue crowds. No Fifth Avenue tourists. Just quiet streets, river breezes, and neighborhood tranquility.
Why would you commute west to crowded Equinox locations? Train in your building. Maintain the peace you moved here to find.
If you're between York Avenue and the FDR, between 72nd and 76th Street, we're already training in buildings on your block.

Unlike the prewar co-ops that dominate most of the UES, 10075 has many modern luxury buildings built in the last 20-30 years.
You're paying $4,000-8,000/month in rent. That gym is part of your package.
Stop paying twice for fitness (rent + Equinox). Use what you're already funding.
We can incorporate outdoor training during good weather while maintaining your building gym as the primary training location.
You get variety without commuting across town.
If you live at 73rd between York and the FDR, you're walking 3-4 blocks to Equinox. 6-8 blocks round trip.
Your building gym is 30 seconds from your apartment.
Zero weather exposure. Zero crowds. Zero wasted time.
Stop walking to Equinox. Start training in your building.
Q: I work at Weill Cornell/NewYork-Presbyterian. Can you train around my shifts?
A: Yes. About 35% of our 10075 clients work in medicine. We train around shift work, on-call schedules, and emergency coverage. Flexibility is built into our system for medical professionals.
Q: My building has river views from the gym. Do you train there?
A: Absolutely. Many 10075 buildings have East River-facing gyms with incredible views. We've done training sessions with sunrise views over the river. Definitely beats Equinox's interior walls.
Q: I'm near John Jay Park. Do you do outdoor training?
A: We can incorporate outdoor conditioning at John Jay Park or the East River Esplanade during good weather, but your building gym remains the primary training location for strength work and consistency.
Q: Can you train me very early (5:30am) before hospital rounds?
A: Yes. Many medical professionals train 5:30-6:15am before 7am rounds. You're showered and at the hospital by 7am, already ahead of the day.
Q: My building is a rental with modern amenities. Will that work?
A: Perfect. Many newer 10075 rental buildings have excellent fitness centers with modern equipment. If your building has it, we'll use it. No need to join Equinox.
Q: How does pricing compare to Equinox + training?
A: Equinox membership: ~$250/month. Personal training: $150-350/session. For 12 sessions/month you'd pay $2,050-4,450 total. We're $3,200/month all-inclusive with private in-building training.
Q: I'm a medical resident on a tight budget. Do you have options?
A: Yes. Semi-private training ($1,600/month per person) is designed for residents and younger professionals. Train with another resident or your spouse. Same programming, split the cost.
Q: What if I need to cancel day-of due to a medical emergency?
A: Medical professionals get one free day-of cancellation per month. After that, 24-hour notice is required. We understand your job demands and build in flexibility.
Q: Can you help with nutrition for someone who eats hospital cafeteria food?
A: Yes. Executive Nutrition Coaching ($400/month add-on) builds realistic protocols for people who eat cafeteria meals, work overnight shifts, and have unpredictable eating schedules.
Q: I live between York and the FDR. Do you train that far east?
A: Absolutely. We train clients all the way to the FDR. East River proximity is actually an advantage – quieter buildings, better outdoor training options, and typically less-crowded building gyms.
