You chose a neighborhood where you can actually walk to Fairway, grab coffee at Orwashers, and take your dog to Carl Schurz Park without fighting tourist crowds.
So why are you commuting 20 blocks south to Equinox on 74th Street?
Your building has a gym. It's probably empty right now. And you're wasting 2+ hours per week traveling to a crowded facility where you wait for equipment and dodge Instagram influencers filming content.
There's a better way.
Most Yorkville buildings from 79th to 96th Street have private gyms. Prewar co-ops. Luxury condos. Even newer rental buildings. The equipment is there. You're just not using it.
We come to your building. We train you in your gym. Zero commute from your apartment door to your workout.
You save 104 hours per year. That's 13 full workdays you're currently wasting on the subway or walking to Equinox.
If you're between York Avenue and the FDR, between 79th and 96th Street, we're already training in your neighborhood. Probably in your building.

Most Yorkville residents fall into one of two categories:
You joined Equinox on 74th & York. You go once or twice a week when you "have time." But between work, family, and actually living your life, commuting to the gym feels like a second job. The membership is $250/month. You've used it maybe 30 times this year. That's $100 per visit.
Your building has a perfectly good gym. You go occasionally. But without structure, programming, or accountability, you do the same ineffective routine. Twenty minutes on the treadmill. Some random dumbbells. No real progress.

Unlike buildings in the 60s and 70s where everyone tries to work out before 8am, Yorkville building gyms are usually empty. We can train you at optimal times without fighting crowds.
Your warm-ups and conditioning can happen along the East River Esplanade or in Carl Schurz Park. Not on a crowded Equinox treadmill next to 40 other people.
Yorkville has more families than most UES neighborhoods. We work around school drop-offs, pickups, and family schedules. Train while your kids are at school or after bedtime.

If you live at 88th & York, you're commuting 14 blocks each way. That's 28 blocks round trip. Three times per week.
Stop commuting to fitness. Start training where you live!
Q: Do you train in buildings between 79th and 96th Street?
A: Yes. We currently train clients throughout Yorkville from 79th Street up to 96th Street, from York Avenue to the FDR. Most of our Yorkville clients are between 84th-92nd Streets.
Q: What if my building gym is small or doesn't have much equipment?
A: Most Yorkville building gyms have everything we need: dumbbells, a bench, and floor space. We bring resistance bands, TRX, and other portable equipment if needed. We've created incredible transformations in gyms with just basic equipment.
Q: Can you train me at Carl Schurz Park or Asphalt Green?
A: We specialize in private in-building training, but we can incorporate outdoor training at Carl Schurz Park for conditioning work during good weather. Asphalt Green requires their own trainer certifications, so we focus on your building gym.
Q: I'm near the 86th Street Q train station. Do you train in that area?
A: Absolutely. We have multiple clients in buildings around 86th & Second Avenue. The Q train proximity makes it easy for us to reach you, and easy for you to never need Equinox again.
Q: How does pricing compare to Equinox + a trainer?
A: Equinox membership in Manhattan: ~$250/month. Personal training at Equinox: $150-350/session. For 12 sessions/month you'd pay $2,050-4,450 PLUS membership. Our private training is $3,200/month total with no membership fees, no commute, and private attention.
Q: What if I have a doorman building with strict visitor policies?
A: We work with doorman buildings daily. You simply add us to your approved visitor list. Most buildings allow regular service providers (which includes personal trainers) without needing approval each visit.
Q: Can my spouse/partner join sessions for a discount?
A: Yes. Semi-private training is $1,600/month per person (vs. $3,200 for private). You both get the same 12 sessions per month, same intensity, split the cost. Popular option for Yorkville couples.
Q: I work from home in Yorkville. Can we train mid-day?
A: Perfect. Mid-day sessions (10am-2pm) are ideal for work-from-home professionals. Your building gym is usually completely empty. Train during lunch, shower in your apartment, back to work in 90 minutes total.
Q: Do you offer early morning sessions before 7am?
A: Yes. Many Yorkville clients train 6:00-6:45am before work. We're in your building gym, you're showered and dressed by 7:15am, and you've already accomplished more than most people will all day.
Q: What's the cancellation policy if I need to reschedule?
A: 24-hour notice required. We understand schedules change (kids get sick, work emergencies happen). With 24-hour notice, we'll reschedule. Same-day cancellations count as a used session.
You live in Yorkville because you value convenience, authenticity, and quality of life.
Your building gym represents all three.
Stop wasting time commuting to Equinox. Start training 30 seconds from your apartment door.
P.S. We only accept 3 new transformation clients per month across all of the Upper East Side. If you're in Yorkville between 79th-96th Street and ready to commit, secure your spot now.
