We assess your building's gym before we start — that's what the free Building Assessment is for. Most Upper East Side residential gyms have more than enough equipment to run a complete transformation program. We've trained clients across 50+ buildings and have yet to find one we couldn't work with. In the rare case where equipment is genuinely insufficient, we'll discuss options upfront before you commit to anything.

This is exactly why we don't use meal plans. Rigid meal plans fail executives — your schedule is unpredictable by design. Instead, you receive flexible nutritional frameworks that work around restaurant menus, business travel, and social obligations. You'll know how to eat at any restaurant in Manhattan and still make progress. No embarrassing diet restrictions at client dinners. No excuses, no rigidity, no failure.

Three training sessions per week, each approximately 45–60 minutes. That's it. Because we're in your building, there is zero commute time. You're looking at 2.25–3 hours of actual training per week — less than half what you're currently spending just getting to and from Equinox, before a single rep is done.

Equinox trainers manage 6–10 clients simultaneously or back-to-back. Your session is competing with their other clients, their floor management responsibilities, and their commercial incentive to not push clients too hard — because unhappy clients cancel. Our model is structurally different: one trainer, one client, complete focus every session, and direct financial alignment with your results. The economics and the outcomes are not comparable.
