How do you access my building gym?
You can either meet us in the lobby and escort us to the gym, get us approved as a vendor through your building management (we handle the paperwork), or provide a temporary access fob if your building allows it.
What if my building gym doesn't have much equipment?
Most modern UES buildings have adequate equipment (dumbbells, cable machines, cardio). If your gym is minimal, we can bring portable equipment (resistance bands, TRX, kettlebells). During your assessment, we'll determine if your gym works for your goals.
Can I cancel if it's not working out?
Yes. Private training is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes. All private training includes basic nutrition guidance. For comprehensive nutrition coaching (meal planning, restaurant strategies, supplement protocols), add our Executive Nutrition Coaching service for +$400/month.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited (except emergencies). With advance notice, we're flexible and will reschedule.
How is this different from Equinox private training?
